Our Aim

The aim of Estrela Community Exchange is to release the abundance of resources and skills in our community

Money, as a means of exchange, is supposed to relieve us from having to do everything that needs doing in our lives – by paying others to do some of those things.
Unfortunately, conventional money is in short supply in our community, causing stagnation and a sense of disempowerment.
By introducing a new and complementary means of exchange we release this blockage, allowing the local economy to blossom, skills to be gained and values to appreciate.
